Tournament Rosters

ALL players must be currently registered as an adult player. ARCSA and Mexark are USASA members. It is recommended that if you intend to register for a league in the 2019/20 season that you register with the club and not purchase a tournament weekend pass. If you purchase a weekend pass and then decide to play in a league you must register again as an adult player. The Tournament weekend pass is only for those players who do not intend to register for a league in the 19/20 season.

• Youth coaches must register as an adult player in order to participate in the tournament.
• All players must be registered with USASA or another USSF Affiliate for the 2018/19 seasonal year (Aug. 1, 2018 – Aug. 31, 2019) Click here if you are an ARCSA player who still needs to register for the 18/19 seasonal year
• Players who are not registered with any club and do not intend to register with a club may purchase a weekend pass for $10. Click here to purchase a weekend pass. Use this link ONLY if you are not currently registered with a club that is a member of USASA or another USSF Affiliate.
• A player can only play on one team participating in the tournament.
• Players must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the tournament.

Tournament Schedule: Every effort will be made to accommodate out of town teams. Games will not start before 10 am on Saturday. Obviously it depends on the number of teams and size of the brackets but we will strive to complete games by early afternoon on Sunday.
