All teams and players must be currently registered with USASA or another USSF Affiliate. All players must have a current (2018/19) laminated player ID card with a picture, or a 2018/19 USASA tournament pass for the weekend of September 8-9, 2018.

• The USASA weekend tournament pass ($10) will be available for purchase for any player not currently registered.
• Weekend passes must be purchased by the roster deadline.

• Roster deadline: September 3, 2018
• Rosters are limited to 15 players
• Players do not need to come from the same league/club.
• Players can only play on one team in the tournament
• All players must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the tournament.

FIFA Rules of Play apply to ALL DIVISIONS with the following exceptions:

Teams will be awarded points as follows:

• WIN = 3 points
• TIE = 1 points
• LOSS = 0 points

In the event of a points tie, the following tiebreakers will be used (in order):

1. Head-to-head result (only used when two teams are tied)
• If more than two teams are tied, the tiebreaker starts at #2. Every time a team is eliminated and there are still more than two teams it starts back at #2. If a team is eliminated from the tiebreaker, leaving only two teams in the tiebreaker, it starts back at #1
2. Goal differential
3. Total goals scored
4. Fewest goals conceded
5. Fair play (fewest cards)
6. Coin flip
