Tournament Registration

Tournament Registration

If you are registered with a club please DO NOT create a separate team account outside of that club.

If you are registered with ARCSA and wish to create a new team specifically for this tournament please contact: Gayle or Lisa and a new team within ARCSA will be created.

Although, it is not necessary to create a new team if you already have a team account, since an event roster will be created and not affect your league roster.

What makes a team?  There are no club or league requirements when it comes to forming your team.  Your team can be comprises of players from several different teams/clubs, friends from work, youth soccer coaches and parents, a group of referees, or whatever other combination you can think of creating.  The only requirement is that all players are registered with a club or by purchasing a weekend pass.

ALL players must be currently registered as an adult player.  ARCSA and Mexark are USASA members.  It is recommended that if you intend to register for a league in the 2018/19 season that you register with the club and not purchase a tournament weekend pass.  If you purchase a weekend pass and then decide to play in a league you must register again as an adult player.  The Tournament weekend pass is only for those players who do not intend to register for a league in the 18/19 season.

  • Youth coaches must register as an adult player in order to participate in the tournament.
  • All players must be registered with USASA or another USSF Affiliate for the 2018/19 seasonal year (Aug. 1, 2018 – July 31, 2019)  Click here if you are an ARCSA player who still needs to register for the 18/19 seasonal year
  • Players who are not registered with any club and do not intend to register with a club may purchase a weekend pass for $10.  Use this link ONLY if you are not currently registered with a club that is a member of USASA or another USSF Affiliate.
  • A player can only play on one team participating in the tournament.
  • Players must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the tournament.
